1. What if the Parol got damage during shipment?
Answer. First we make sure that we pack the Parols the best we can, but in the event of accidental damage, we request you to contact us, as soon as possible (ASAP). Please keep all cushioning packaging materials that to be use for returning. We will provide return label at our expense. You will expect a call from one of us, with regards to this matter. We do need your full cooperation on this. we will take care everything WE DO HAVE THIRD PARTY INSURANCE FOR ALL THE PAROLS. As their policy they do need to see the damage items with all the packaging materials supported by photos in all angles of the box. Need not to worry we will replace your Parol or will refund you if it no longer available.
2. Is this 110 v?
Answer. Absolutely. This is suitable for US and Canada
3. Can this be display outdoor?
Answer. This is not waterproof and has electronic parts that can be damage by moisture or water, although this is sealed with plastic covering but can't guarantee for water seal. Many customers in the past have tried and reported that is working for them, placing the Parols in the porch. Also think of the wind, this can blew away that Parol. So, we highly recommended for indoor only facing out of the window. for longevity and life of the Parol.
4. Do I have to remove the plastic Covering? Answer. No/Yes, For me this is precious product, so I would keep the plastic covering on for added protection, We use LED on all of our Parols so this never get hot, proven and tested. But its your Parol so you can take it out if you want.
5. Do this have warranty?
Answer. Yes, however after 3 months you will have to pay the shipping cost getting it back to us. So it is very important to keep all packaging materials if during this period, incur some problem, returning to me with physical damage will void the warranty. BUT this rarely happen not even 1% of a chance. So don't worry !!!
